Erica Leibner, Founder & Content Marketing Manager

Professionally

Erica lives, eats, and breathes all things eco-friendly, non-toxic, and cruelty-free. After earning her BA from Dalhousie University, she wrote for publications including Reader's Digest, View the Vibe, Post City and ethicalDeal, on topics ranging from social media for global enterprise to how to source ethical diamonds. She also penned numerous blog reviews on her favourite Toronto businesses and events. A call from the owner of one such establishment led to a fortuitous job offer and Erica has never looked back. Since then she has worked with several like-minded businesses to build their brands and get noticed online.  Erica later founded So Ripe Social, a full service digital marketing agency for conscientious people, by conscientious people.

Personally

Erica is born and bred in Montreal and possesses a seriously sweet  yet simultaneously sassy  personality. She has been vegetarian  now vegan  since the tender age of seven and is a hardcore cat lady. Nothing gets her giddier than discovering socially responsible places and products, both in T. and abroad.

Erin Windrim, CREATIVE DIRECTOR & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Professionally

Erin works with all sorts of clients from far and wide … within Toronto and the GTA. She received her Bachelor of Design from OCAD University (that weird speckled building at Dundas and McCaul that’s mysteriously supported by giant colourful pencils). Within her first year out of University, as a Freelancer Erin had a leading role in the creation and release of two books: presentIMPACT: The Speaker's Guide and Robbie the Robot Learns to Read. Erin has a passion for bringing brands to life using colours, typography and captivating graphic elements, and is a serious superstar at expressing her clients’ unique essence visually.

Personally

Erin is a lover of yoga, reading in cozy spaces, creating and sharing her favourite healthy recipes on the blogosphere, and discovering all of the hidden gems — unique small businesses, unassuming street art and such — that make Toronto such a standout city. An avid Instagrammer, she shares her finds in the form of photographs, and the occasional blog post article. Finding the perfect font pairing is to her what finding the perfect shoe is to Carrie from Sex and the City.
